Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on stay informed of the competitive landscape and emerging best practices to continuously bring new and differentiated thinking into experience, service and product design.
Support the team by managing experience in leading design teams in, and senior participation in designing products and services for Financial Services institutions.
Support the team by managing knowledge in defining, disseminating and driving the application of user-centered design processes and practices to develop new products and services.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Head of Design.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of design services work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
