Where You'll Make an Impact:

Provide overarching strategic leadership and operational governance over the organisation's business applications portfolio.
Champion seamless integration across enterprise systems such as ERP, Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and billing platforms.
Lead initiatives to optimise the application lifecycle, ensuring technology investments generate tangible value.
Oversee digital platform enhancements and operational technology including lab instruments and IoT solutions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold data governance standards.

Duties:

Develop and execute strategies for application integration and digital transformation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project delivery and system performance.
Oversee vendor management and application lifecycle management.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of technology implementations.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in senior IT leadership roles within healthcare or similar regulated environments.
Proven track record of managing complex application portfolios and driving digital transformation.
Strong understanding of enterprise systems, operational technology, and data governance.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Must come from Pathology or Healthcare

Familiarity with the following:

Healthcare regulatory standards and compliance processes.
Integration platforms and digital health tools.
