Role Overview

A progressive poultry operation in the Kroonstad area is seeking an experienced Hatchery Manager to drive hatchery performance and operational results.

The role carries responsibility for maintaining high standards of biosecurity and animal welfare. The successful candidate would need to live or relocate to Kroonstad.

Responsibilities

Lead hatchery performance and day-to-day operational delivery.
Maintain high standards of biosecurity and animal welfare.
Manage hatchery activities in a fast-paced poultry production environment.
Support consistent operational results across the hatchery.

Requirements

At least five years of previous experience in hatchery management.
An Agricultural Diploma or Degree specialising in poultry or poultry production is advantageous.
Knowledge of multi-stage incubation.
Willingness to live or relocate to Kroonstad.
