Our client is seeking an experienced property maintenance handyman for a full-time, permanent position to carry out maintenance on commercial buildings in Stellenbosch.

Requirements:

Minimum: matric or technical equivalent.
A post matric technical or technical teaching qualification will be an added advantage.
Related technical or carpentry work experience.
Technical ability to perform maintenance tasks e.g. generator maintenance, basic plumbing /electrical tasks.
Technical ability to solve maintenance and minor technical problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans to deal with subcontractors and management.
Well-spoken and presentable to communicate professionally with tenants.
Eye for detail to do quality checks of cleaning workers.
Willing and able to load and distribute parcels and do deliveries.
Computer skills to work on MS. Word, Excell and email.
Own transport and a valid driver’s licence.
Must reside in Stellenbosch or nearby suburbs.
