Guest Experience Manager

Our Client is looking for a Guest Experience Manager to lead service excellence across their travel or hospitality operation. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer journeys, managing guest feedback, and ensuring service consistency across all touchpoints.

Job Description

  • Design and manage end-to-end guest experience strategies
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery
  • Train and coach staff on customer service standards
  • Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and online reviews
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance experience
  • Implement service improvement initiatives
  • Ensure brand and service consistency across locations


Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or Customer Experience
  • 3–6 years’ experience in guest services or hospitality management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience managing customer feedback platforms
  • High emotional intelligence and service orientation

Salary Range: R380,000 – R500,000 per annum (CTC)
