MayFly Agri (pty) Ltd is hiring a Group Workshop and Logistics Manager in Heidelberg. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to keeping goods, people or schedules moving with fewer delays and cleaner handovers.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on planning, optimising, and overseeing all logistics and route planning for cattle, feed, and operational movements between sites.
Take ownership of Leading, mentoring, and managing multi-site technical, workshop, and logistics teams through performance management and staff development.
Support the team by managing providing strategic input to senior management on fleet expansion, replacement strategies, and logistics optimisation to support business growth.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Group Workshop and Logistics Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

10 years of relevant experience
A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
