Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on to assist the Sales & Marketing department in promoting and selling the hotels & the facilities to prospective guests.

Support the team by managing to be fully aware of the trends in the industry and make suggestions for the improvement of hotel occupancy.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Group and Individual Reservationist.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of hotel work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
