Role Overview

A mining operation in Mpumalanga is seeking a highly skilled GES (Electrical) to lead electrical work, first-line supervision, and team or project delivery in an operational mining environment.

Responsibilities

Provide electrical leadership within the operational mining environment.
Supervise electrical teams and project activities and coordinate safe work execution.
Apply first-line supervision practices and support reliable production operations.
Use electrical trade knowledge to resolve operational issues and maintain standards.

Requirements

Grade 12.
Electrical Trade Test.
Engineering National Certificate N3 in Engineering Studies.
First Line Supervision certificate or qualification.
At least four years of operational mining-environment experience.
At least three years of team, project-leader, or supervisory experience.
