German & English-Speaking Sales Ambassador

Synopsis

Our recruitment team is looking for five enthusiastic bilingual Sales Ambassadors to join an established company in the

hospitality industry. The successful candidates will support international guests and trade partners, manage bookings

across multiple channels and deliver a warm, accurate and sales-focused service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest booking requirements across itineraries, experiences, accommodation and related add-ons.
• Assist international guests and trade partners through phone, video, email and chat.
• Deliver premium service while identifying suitable sales and upselling opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships by listening carefully and providing accurate, personalised guidance.
• Use booking, CRM and contact-centre systems confidently to manage enquiries and reservations.
• Follow each request through to completion and keep records, notes and booking details accurate.
• Support the wider sales operation and maintain up-to-date product and destination knowledge.
• Provide constructive feedback on service processes, recurring queries and possible improvements.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Professional spoken and written German and English -mandatory.
• At least 1 year of contact-centre experience, ideally within travel, tourism or luxury hospitality.
• Confident communicating by telephone, video, email and live chat.
• A hospitality mindset with excellent listening, sales and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using technology daily; Salesforce and
• Versonix Seaware exposure is advantageous.
• Culturally aware and comfortable assisting guests from different countries and backgrounds.
• Available for rotating shifts, weekends and schedules supporting global markets.
