Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
Take ownership of Additional certifications in Health & Safety, Fuel & Retail Operations, Facilities Management, or Finance (advantageous) o Retail petroleum industry.
Take ownership of o Retail or convenience store operations.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a General Manager (Retail Precinct).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of retail work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
