Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Our client is an established manufacturing and distribution business supplying a wide range of products to major South African retailers.
Keep momentum on engage directly with customers regarding manufacturing contracts and delivery expectations.
Keep momentum on proven experience in a senior manufacturing leadership or General Management role.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a General Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of manufacturing work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
