Our Client is seeking reliable and hardworking General Factory Workers to support daily manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth production flow and maintaining workplace standards.

Job Description

Assist with basic production and manufacturing tasks
Operate simple machinery and tools as instructed
Load, unload, and move materials on the factory floor
Perform quality checks and report defects
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
Follow health, safety, and operational procedures
Support supervisors and production teams as required

Qualifications & Experience

Grade 10–12 or equivalent
Previous factory or manufacturing experience advantageous
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
Willingness to work shifts if required
Strong work ethic and reliability
