General Administrator / Fleet Administrator

Our client, a growing logistics and trading business, is seeking a friendly, organised and proactive General Administrator / Fleet Administrator to join their small, dynamic office team. This role is ideal for a positive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and can handle pressure with confidence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Provide general administrative support to the office and management team
  • Assist with fleet administration, including vehicle records, licenses, and service schedules
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs
  • Track and update fleet documentation and ensure compliance
  • Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and service providers
  • Handle basic reporting, data capturing, and filing
  • Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning
  • Answer calls, respond to emails, and assist with general queries
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative role (fleet/admin experience advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Confident, friendly, and professional communication skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Computer literate (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to adapt quickly and take initiative
  • Presentable, energetic, and reliable
