Outsource SA Solutions (Pty) Ltd needs a FX Programme Manager who can step into a practical role in Sandton. A key part of the work involves FX Programme Manager Client in Investment Banking (CIB) technology landscape is evolving rapidly, and we are embarking on an ambitious journey to modernize our Global Markets Forei.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing platform Battle Scars: Direct experience leading major enterprise application overhauls in banking, specifically implementing platforms like Murex, Calypso, or equivalent.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a FX Programme Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of banking work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
