Front Office Reception
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and welcome visitors professionally.
- Answer calls, take messages, respond to emails, and handle resident enquiries.
- Assist new residents with admissions, forms, welcome packs, vehicle discs, and village procedures.
- Coordinate communication through WhatsApp groups and PA announcements.
- Handle mail, courier deliveries, laundry coin distribution, and meeting room bookings.
- Maintain resident records, contact lists, birthday lists, and emergency information.
- Support administration through filing, data entry, printing, scanning, and invoice processing.
- Monitor office supplies, consumables, and reception equipment.
- Assist residents with basic technical issues such as DSTV, prepaid meters, and handsets.
- Support transport arrangements and report maintenance or security concerns.
- Conduct stock counts, review records, and assist with operational reporting and compliance.
