Take ownership of Assist Retail Store Manager in informing staff of all changes in store policy or procedure affecting the department.
Take ownership of Assist Retail Store Manager in informing staff of all changes in store policy or procedure affecting the Factory Shop / Food Court.
Keep momentum on perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Retail Store Manager.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a FRONT-END SUPERVISOR - Retail Store.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of retail work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
