Our client is seeking an FP&A Analyst to strengthen budgeting, forecasting, and performance insight across the business. Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles, ensuring assumptions are documented and aligned.
Prepare variance analysis with clear commentary and actionable recommendations.
Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and management reporting packs.
Partner with stakeholders to validate performance drivers and track initiatives and savings.
Assist with executive presentations and ad-hoc analysis requests.
Support improvements to planning processes, templates, and data quality.

Degree in Finance/Accounting is essential.
3–7 years FP&A, management accounting, or commercial finance experience.
Advanced Excel skills; BI tools advantageous.
Strong analytical ability and clear communication of insights.
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to work across functions.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
