Forklift Driver

Our client in RUSTERBURG is looking for a FORKLIFT DRIVER to safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, stack, and transport materials within a warehouse, factory, or distribution center while following safety regulations and company procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Grade 12 (preferred).
• Valid forklift operator certificate/license.
• Previous experience operating a forklift (1–2 years preferred).
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Move raw materials and finished products to designated storage areas.
• Stack and store goods correctly to prevent damage.
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections.
• Report equipment faults or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure accurate handling of inventory.
• Follow all health and safety policies.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory control.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
