Food Stylist

Synopsis

We are looking for a creative Food Stylist to prepare and arrange food for photography, videos, advertisements and other visual content. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a passion for making food look visually appealing while aligning with a brand's creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Style and arrange food for photoshoots, videos and advertising campaigns.
2. Collaborate with photographers, chefs, designers and creative teams.
3. Select props, tableware and backgrounds to complement food presentations.
4. Prepare food for product photography and marketing materials.
5. Ensure food styling aligns with brand guidelines and project briefs.
6. Maintain food quality and visual consistency throughout shoots.
7. Keep up with food presentation trends and creative techniques.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

1. A qualification in Culinary Arts, Food Styling, Photography or a related field is advantageous.
2. Experience in food styling, food preparation or a creative role is beneficial.
3. Knowledge of food presentation, colour theory and composition.
4. A strong portfolio showcasing food styling work.
5. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
