Food and Beverage Manager

About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations. You will be responsible for managing teams, maintaining quality standards, improving guest experiences, and driving profitability across dining and beverage services.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate restaurant and service teams
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and dining experiences
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards
  • Monitor budgets, costs, stock levels, and profitability
  • Manage supplier relationships and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements
  • Collaborate with chefs and management to improve menus and offerings
  • Analyse performance reports and identify opportunities for growth


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage management role
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and cost control
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
