Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of My client Wilmar SA is offering a 4-year training programme as an Apprentice Fitterfor a trade qualification as a Fitter.
Keep momentum on south African citizens from previously disadvantaged groups, in line with the Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998.
Keep momentum on senior Certificate / Matric with English passed with a minimum of 50%, and Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy) passed with a minimum of 40%,and.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Fitter Apprenticeship.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in fmcg or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
