An opportunity has arisen for a suitable individual to take responsibility for the accurate processing and reconciliation of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cashbook and Showroom administrative tasks. The portfolio will suit a knowledgeable, skilled, practical, enthusiastic and highly energized person.

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Bookkeeping certificate or similar
- 2-5 years experience in finance required
- Previous experience with Pastel and iQ Retail advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of Accounting principals
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Hard working and self-motivated
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with a cross functional team
- Own transport
DUTIES:
- General finance administration
- Petty cash processing and Reconciliation
- Cash book processing and reconciliation
- Debtors Reconciliations and Queries
- Processing and Reconciliation of Local creditor accounts
- Processing of Adhoc/Nominal payments and beneficiaries
- Updating and maintaining filing system and records
- Assisting with Stocktaking where needed
- Identify and address any discrepancies
- Showroom Administrative tasks
- Assisting FM and Directors with adhoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations
