A leading fashion retailer is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their dynamic finance team in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

• Develop and maintain robust financial planning and forecasting models.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and executive reporting.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic business planning.

• Analyse financial risks and opportunities to support commercial decision-making.

• Manage financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and reporting standards.

• Prepare presentations and reporting packs for senior leadership.

• Support business performance through financial modelling and project evaluations.

• Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes and reporting efficiencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• CIMA, CA(SA), or currently studying towards either qualification.

• 5–6 years' experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis or similar finance role.

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

• Solid understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards.

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

• Proficiency in SAP, Essbase, Hyperion, and advanced Excel.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
