Communicate Finance needs a Financial Manager who can step into a practical role in Cape Town: City Bowl. A key part of the work involves Financial Manager Support areas relating to fixed assets, operating expenditure, and property related finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Financial Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.
Spot risks early and escalate practical issues before they become blockers.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of property work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
