Keep momentum on incorporation of the property management reports from property management company into the real estate property / SPV's Trial Balance.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Financial Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
