Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Minimum 7–10+ years' experience in property finance.
Take ownership of Strong expertise in MDA Property Management with a proven track record in management and billing.
Support the team by managing experience managing large property portfolios (retail, commercial, residential).
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Financial Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
