Role Overview

A growing business is seeking a Financial Manager to lead finance operations, reporting, controls and business support.

This position combines day-to-day delivery with accurate administration, timely follow-through and professional coordination with the people and teams who rely on the role.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of the following areas:

• Lead month-end, management reporting and financial-control processes. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.
• Provide commercial insight to support operational and strategic decisions. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.
• Develop the finance team and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.

Requirements

Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following capabilities in a structured, deadline-driven working environment:

• CMA, CA or equivalent finance qualification. Apply sound judgement, dependable follow-through and a collaborative working style.
