An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Financial Manager to join a dynamic and fast-paced organisation.

We are seeking a commercially minded finance professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving financial performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the company's financial operations.
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory requirements and accounting standards.
Develop and improve financial controls and processes.
Manage cash flow, financial reporting and reconciliations.
Liaise with auditors, financial institutions and other key stakeholders.
Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
Support strategic business decisions through sound financial analysis and reporting.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a Financial Manager role.
Previous experience within the motor industry will be advantageous.
Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience.
Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
Valid driver's licence.
Clear criminal and credit record.
