Our client, an international specialist manufacturer, seeks to employ a Financial Controller, to join their progressive and expanding professional financial team.

Please note that this is not a senior role but rather geared toward a candidate with 2-4 years experience that can develop into a more senior role according to the company’s succession plan.

We require a candidate who has a solid combination of financial reporting, analysis and development of systems, budgets, internal control development, costing and forecasting.

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

You will have a tertiary qualification in Finance, coupled with 2-4 years experience in accounting, costing, reporting and controls within the manufacturing sector – this is not negotiable.
You will have expertise and a proven track record in developing strategies and standards related to accounting policies, financial reporting, general ledger reporting and budgets.
You will have solid experience developing budget controls and compliance, as well as monitor and analyze results.
You will have experience in performing reconciliations between statements, inventory and controls and pricing, as well as identifying and mitigating risk
You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
