Financial and Commercial Manager

Our client, an international leader in manufacturing, seeks to employ a Finance & Commercial Manager to join this progressive and expanding professional team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

• You must be able to work independently, perform under extreme pressure, provide strategic leadership and direction, and be proactive in driving operational efficiencies and profitability.
• You will have a Degree in Financial Management or Accounting, preferably with CA(SA) or CIMA registration.
• You will have 10+ years' experience managing finance and commercial administration within a multinational manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in financial leadership, operational improvement, budgeting, board reporting and commercial management.
• You will have strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and international reporting standards, together with experience in statutory reporting, internal controls, taxation, payroll, IT management, and import/export processes.
• You will have experience managing joint venture and supplier partner agreements and preparing and presenting board packs and executive reports.
• You must have a valid driver's licence, own transport, and be willing to undergo criminal, credit and qualification verification checks.
