Our client is looking for a Financial Analyst to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making across the business. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working with data, building models, and translating numbers into practical insights. You will support budgeting cycles, variance analysis, and management reporting packs. The role requires strong Excel capability and comfort working across multiple data sources. You will collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to understand performance drivers and highlight risks and opportunities. Prepare monthly performance reports, variance analysis, and commentary for management review.
Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and decision support.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including consolidation and validation of assumptions.
Analyse trends in revenue, costs, and operational performance and provide recommendations.
Support data quality improvements by validating inputs and investigating anomalies.
Create KPI dashboards and support ad-hoc analysis requests from leadership.
Maintain structured documentation for models, reports, and assumptions.

Degree in Finance/Accounting is essential.
3–6 years experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or management reporting.
Advanced Excel skills required; BI tool exposure advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
Strong deadline management and attention to detail.
