Financial Administrator

An established organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Financial Administrator to support day-to-day finance and administrative operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring smooth communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups on outstanding balances
  • Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Provide administrative support (filing, data capture, correspondence)
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assist with onboarding of new vendors
  • Support compliance, internal controls, and audit processes

Requirements

  • Higher Certificate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a finance and/or administrative role
  • Experience with invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks, Acumatica) advantageous
