Financial Administrator
An established organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Financial Administrator to support day-to-day finance and administrative operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring smooth communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups on outstanding balances
- Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Provide administrative support (filing, data capture, correspondence)
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist with onboarding of new vendors
- Support compliance, internal controls, and audit processes
Requirements
- Higher Certificate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a finance and/or administrative role
- Experience with invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks, Acumatica) advantageous
