Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of BCom Accounting or Financial Management — non-negotiable.
- Support the team by managing minimum 5 years' full-function accounting — independently, not supported.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Financial Accountant & HR Administrator.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
- Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience
- A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
- A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
