Finance Track Lead - Oracle Fusion

Role Overview

Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Finance Track Lead with extensive expertise in Oracle Financials and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to lead and support the delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials solutions.

The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on functional expertise across core financial modules, with the ability to engage with stakeholders, translate business requirements into effective solutions, and provide functional leadership throughout implementation and support activities.

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the Finance functional track across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP initiatives.
Provide functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Intercompany (IC), and Fixed Assets (FA).
Lead and support functional configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials according to business requirements.
Design, configure and support business processes and workflows using BPM.
Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into appropriate Oracle Fusion solutions.
Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, technical teams, and other functional leads.
Provide guidance on finance processes, system functionality, configuration, and solution design.
Support testing, issue resolution, documentation, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of complex functional issues.
Contribute to process improvement and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Financials solutions.
Support reporting requirements using OTBI and BI Publisher where applicable.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively across technical and business environments.

Requirements

Desired Experience & Qualification
10-15 years of experience working with Oracle Financials
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Extensive hands-on experience across Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, CM, IC and FA
Strong experience in functional configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials
Extensive experience with BPM workflows and business process configuration
Experience leading or owning the Finance functional track within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects
Experience translating complex business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions
Experience working with business, technical and project stakeholders
Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, optimisation and support
Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher will be advantageous
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management experience

Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Oracle Fusion Financials Certification will be advantageous
Relevant Oracle Financials / Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP certifications will be advantageous
