Finance Senior Consultant - Oracle Fusion
Role Overview
Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Finance Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financials and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and delivering Oracle Fusion Financials solutions, including functional configuration, business process optimisation, workflows, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials based on business and functional requirements.
Work across core financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Intercompany (IC), and Fixed Assets (FA).
Perform functional configuration and assist with the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions.
Configure and support business processes and workflows using BPM.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams throughout implementation and support activities.
Assist with reporting and data analysis using OTBI and BI Publisher.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Support testing, documentation, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
Provide guidance to stakeholders and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
Desired Experience & Qualification
5–10 years of experience working with Oracle Financials.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, CM, IC and FA.
Hands-on experience in functional configuration and business process workflows.
Experience configuring and supporting BPM workflows.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, support and optimisation.
Experience working with business stakeholders and technical/project teams.
Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher will be advantageous.
Experience troubleshooting functional issues and translating business requirements into Oracle solutions.
Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Oracle Fusion Financials Certification and relevant Oracle Financials / Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP certifications will be advantageous.
