Role Overview

AGRICRUITMENT CC is hiring a FINANCE MANAGER in Durbanville. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused finance team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing 8-10 years experience in Finance; including at least 3–5 years in a senior financial management role within the fresh produce export industry;.
Keep momentum on strong understanding of export finance, including consignment/FOB sales accounting, producer payments and multi-currency transactions;.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a FINANCE MANAGER.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

8 to 10 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
