Synopsis

A commercially focused organisation is looking for a Finance Business Partner to translate financial information into practical decisions. The role supports operational leaders with planning, performance analysis, and profitability improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders on budgets and forecasts.
Analyse financial and operational performance against plan.
Prepare clear monthly reporting packs and commentary.
Identify cost, margin, and revenue improvement opportunities.
Support business cases and investment decisions.
Improve the quality and consistency of management information.
Present findings to finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

Degree or professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
Three to six years of commercial finance or management accounting experience.
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
Ability to communicate financial concepts to operational stakeholders.
Commercial curiosity and sound analytical judgement.
