Finance and Sales Administrator
Our client, a well-established and progressive supplier of production equipment and machinery, seeks to employ a Sales Administrator to join this progressive and expanding professional team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:
- You will have a minimum Grade 12 qualification, coupled with 8–12 years' experience in customer service and sales administration within a fast-paced operational environment.
- You must have proven debtors administration experience, with the ability to manage customer accounts, invoicing, statements and related customer queries effectively.
- A strong portfolio of experience in sales support and order processing is essential, including customer order management, ERP-based administration, daily invoicing and customer liaison via telephone and email.
- You will have demonstrated experience coordinating logistics processes, including courier bookings, shipment tracking, delivery follow-up and managing multiple customer deliveries simultaneously.
- You must possess advanced computer literacy, with MS Excel being a key competency requirement, together with the ability to learn and utilise ERP systems effectively.
- Strong administrative skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple functions including customer documentation, supplier correspondence, reporting, purchasing administration, stock-related activities and general office support.
- Experience preparing compliance documentation, customer and supplier questionnaires, audit-related records and supporting operational quality systems will be highly advantageous.
- You must be highly organised, methodical and detail-orientated, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and respond quickly to multiple and varied customer requests.
- You must be a positive team player with excellent communication skills, a professional approach and a strong customer-service orientation.
- Fluency in English is critical.
- You must have a valid driver's licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record.
