Finance Administrator

Are you available to start immediately and have 2–3 years’ experience within a finance environment, managing functions such as invoicing, quotations, and petty cash?

Our client in Midrand is looking for a hands-on and detail-focused Finance Administrator to assist with daily financial and administrative processes.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational abilities, a high level of accuracy, and clear communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric
  • Previous experience in similar role advantageous
  • Previous bookkeeping knowledge or experience required
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
DUTIES
  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
  • Invoicing, quotations, and basic bookkeeping
  • Maintaining financial records and filing systems
  • Coordinating with suppliers and installation teams
  • Handle appointment scheduling and maintain our front desk calendar
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Keep the reception area organized and presentable at all times
  • Address inquiries and provide information about company with confidence
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
