Finance Administrator - Bookkeeping to Trial Balance
Are you living in the Milnerton area and have minimum 5 years experience in finance, managing all financial administration and books to trial balance.
Reporting directly to the Accountant, this position will support the smooth running of all accounts for 11 entities.
REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 (tertiary finance qualification advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience
- Strong skills in creditors, debtors, and account reconciliations
- High accuracy, strong numerical and analytical ability
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently or in a team
- Experience with Xero, Monday.com, and Google Workspace is a plus
- Discretion and professionalism with confidential information
- Manage daily bank allocations, reconciliations, and investigation of unreconciled items
- Process and reconcile creditors — supplier invoices, statements, and query resolution
- Allocate customer payments, reconcile debtor accounts, and assist with arrears management and collections
- Review billing, fee structures, and revenue for accurate invoicing and month-end reporting
- Administer monthly debit orders, mandates, and follow up on unpaid or disputed transactions
- Handle high volumes of financial transactions while maintaining accurate records
- Resolve queries from stakeholders and suppliers professionally and efficiently
