Tiger Consumer Brands needs a Filler Packer who can step into a practical role in Isando. A key part of the work involves Filler Packer Apply good manufacturing principles in the relevant work area.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing safety and adherence to company policies and procedures including the manufacturing protocol.
Support the team by managing o Ensure familiarisation and compliance with all company policies, practises and procedures and the manufacturing protocol.
Keep momentum on o Application of manufacturing Excellence Methodology i.e.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Filler Packer.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of manufacturing work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
