About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to oversee field operations, manage service teams, and ensure exceptional customer service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating technicians, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high service standards.


What You’ll Do


  • Manage and support field service technicians and teams
  • Coordinate service schedules, assignments, and resources
  • Monitor service performance and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve escalated service issues and customer concerns
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
  • Track service metrics and prepare performance reports
  • Drive continuous improvement in field service operations


Requirements


  • Degree, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field
  • Previous experience in field service management or operations management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office
