Dynexity Pty Ltd is hiring a Field Service Engineer (Hydro) in JHB - Eastern Suburbs. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused design services team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing the Service Engineer role centres around providing expert technical solutions for hydroelectric power plants, requiring strong engineering skills and customer-focused exp.
Keep momentum on customer Service: Respond promptly to customers' immediate needs, including diagnostics, preventative maintenance, repairs, and on-site upgrades.
Take ownership of Product Development: Participate in application development, product design, and introduce new products while identifying new opportunities.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Field Service Engineer (Hydro).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of design services work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
