Role Overview
This Field Sales Representative opportunity in Durban gives the right candidate a chance to work in pharmaceutical with clear responsibilities and visible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep momentum on key responsibilities Territory management: Manage and grow a defined territory of pharmacy and clinic accounts across KZN (calls per week / account segmentation).
- Keep momentum on account growth & sales: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by upselling current lines, introducing new SKUs and driving promotional activity.
- Keep momentum on customer relationships: Develop strong, trusted relationships with pharmacists, store managers and dispensing doctors; act as primary contact for product queries and serv.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Field Sales Representative.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or a closely related field.
- Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
- Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
