Role Overview

This Field Sales Representative opportunity in Durban gives the right candidate a chance to work in pharmaceutical with clear responsibilities and visible impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep momentum on key responsibilities Territory management: Manage and grow a defined territory of pharmacy and clinic accounts across KZN (calls per week / account segmentation).
  • Keep momentum on account growth & sales: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by upselling current lines, introducing new SKUs and driving promotional activity.
  • Keep momentum on customer relationships: Develop strong, trusted relationships with pharmacists, store managers and dispensing doctors; act as primary contact for product queries and serv.
  • Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Field Sales Representative.
  • Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or a closely related field.
  • Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
  • Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
  • Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
