The Talent Room needs a F&I Business Manager who can step into a practical role in Centurion. A key part of the work involves F&I Business Manager Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Business Manager to join their Vehicle Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on the role requires strong financial knowledge, excellent relationship management with banks and insurers, and the ability to maximise dealership profitability through fina.
Take ownership of Automotive dealer management systems (DMS).
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a F&I Business Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Relevant experience in business management or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
