Future Careers is seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward Retail Supervisor to join a leading fashion retail team in Pietermaritzburg. This role is ideal for a driven individual with strong leadership ability and proven experience within the fashion retail environment.

Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations
Open and close the store as a 3rd Keyholder
Drive sales and achieve store targets
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience
Supervise and motivate staff to achieve performance standards
Assist with stock control, merchandising, and visual standards
Handle cash-ups, banking, and loss prevention procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Grade 12 / Matric
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in fashion retail
Must have 3rd Keyholder experience in a fashion retail store
Strong sales and customer service background
Proven experience in supervising a team
Ability to work retail hours (weekends & public holidays)
Strong leadership and team motivation skills
Passion for fashion and retail trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Target-driven and results-oriented
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
