Duties & Responsibilities

Source and select fashion products aligned with seasonal trends.
Negotiate pricing and terms with apparel suppliers.
Analyse sales data to determine product performance.
Develop seasonal buying plans and assortment strategies.
Collaborate with merchandising teams on product placement and promotions.
Monitor competitor product offerings and pricing.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure product quality standards.
Track inventory levels and adjust purchasing plans accordingly.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or Retail Management.
3–5 years experience in fashion buying or merchandising.
Strong understanding of fashion trends and retail cycles.
Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
Advanced Excel and retail analytics skills.
