Role Overview

Farm Manager SA is hiring a FARM MANAGER - FM2565 in Agter-Pakhuis, Clanwilliam area – Western Cape. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused farming team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing experience in the management of hospitality/accommodation/adventure-tourism (in addition to practical farming experience);.
Take ownership of Good computer literacy (MS Office and general farming software);.
Take ownership of Assist the with the management of all farming activities including production, irrigation, processing, and export of organic rooibos tea.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a FARM MANAGER - FM2565.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of farming work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
