Dante Group Pty Ltd is hiring a Farm Driver in Boland / Winelands. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused farming team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Key duties include vehicle operation and maintenance, farm cleanliness, field assistance, waste and supply management, and personnel transport.
Keep momentum on candidates must hold a valid 's license with PDP, communicate effectively in English or Afrikaans, and demonstrate reliability and initiative.
Take ownership of Valid driver's license with Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Farm Driver.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of farming work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
