re|source consulting needs a Factory Manager: Fresh Fruit/Dairy: Cape Town who can step into a practical role in Airport Industria. A key part of the work involves Cost, Margin & Profitability Targets- Deliver agreed factory cost targets (COS and Overheads) and support achievement of business margin and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration- Ensure effective collaboration with Maintenance/Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, HR, and external ser.
Take ownership of Operational Performance & Cost Management Own key factory KPIs (OEE, yield, waste, labour productivity, energy/water usage, COS, OH, etc.) and drive performance to target.
Keep momentum on competence in KPI management and variance analysis for COS, overheads, yield, and productivity.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Factory Manager: Fresh Fruit/Dairy: Cape Town.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
